As a West Point graduate and Army Reserve JAG, Attorney Jim Trainor understands the unique needs of military personnel and their families. He is one of a handful of advocates in New York admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for Veteran Affairs in Washington, D.C. Attorney Trainor has experience in fighting for the benefits veterans are entitled to from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and in assisting returning national guard and Reserve soldiers in enforcing their rights under USERRA. He welcomes the opportunity to consult with service personnel and their families in any legal situation they may be facing and to represent them with the professional competence and respect they deserve.
